How does SpruceHR charge for services?

As Administrative Services Organization (ASO), SpruceHR offers complete human resources, payroll and benefits outsourcing in a customizable package. There are many factors that affect the cost of and ASO package such as number of employees, business location(s), benefit plan choices, choice of technology options (HRIS) payroll, etc. SpruceHR's ASO model offers significant flexibility and cost savings compared to the alternative of your business managing full-scale administration and human resources or entering a co-employment contract with a PEO.

 

We also offer strategic human resources programs and projects. Programs and projects are charged at an hourly rate relative to the skill level needed to achieve the goal or it could be a project rate. We customize our services to meet your needs. The scope and time to completion is different with every client so we have flexible fee options.
